"Nice day to stop for a snowball. Good flavors to choose from. My only concern is employee working on 4.28 doesn't seem to know colors or products. Asked if softserve ice cream was available and was told yes. I also wanted to try the new flavor of fireball and asked if it was red like the fireball candy. I was told the color was orange. I said ok as I wanted to try something new. Well, when we got our order, the ice cream was scooped ice cream and not soft serve and the fireball was red and tasted just like the candy. My only other complaint was the cups was not wiped clean of syrup, the counter was dirty with spilled syrup and no napkins were give out and the dispenser was empty. No issue with stand or product, but I feel employee needs to know what he/she is selling and to try to keep counters clean, etc"

"Miss the mature people that owned and worked there. They were always pleasant, smiled and always made you feel appreciated. Very young persons with not the most inviting personalities on last visit. Snowballs were tasty as I remember but not packed and shaped like before. I'm guessing it's just the ethic that coincides with the times. Wasn't a 4 star but I rounded up from 3.5"

"Wow the guy who helped us was great! Friendly, engaging, just overall great customer service. I love going to places where it's not just the end product but the experience over all. I don't live in Madisonville, but will.make the trip over from Mandeville just to go agajn."
